UltraVNC can be used as helpdesk remote control software. With it, you can access your PC from anywhere and remotely help people and customers. Both Host and Remote components can be installed together on the same computer, or they can be installed separately on different computers. To speedup the remote access you can also install the optional video driver.

1. License grant
The Licensor grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
license to install and use UltraVNC Extend Display free of charge on any
computers you own or administer.

2. Permitted use
You may use this software for personal, non-commercial, and commercial
purposes. You may redistribute the original, unmodified installer package.

3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the
extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software.
- Sell, rent, lease, or charge for the software itself.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Bundle this software with malware or misleading installers.

4. Intellectual property
This software is the exclusive property of the Licensor. All rights not
expressly granted are reserved. The source code is not open-source and is
not included in this license.

5. Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk
arising out of the use or performance of the software remains with you.

6. Limitation of liability

7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

concerning the software. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder
shall remain in effect.
